Bolognese sauce is a rich, meaty sauce that originated in Bologna, Italy.

At Euro Pizza, we start ours with a Sophrito. This consists of Celery, Carrots, and Onions. The meat used for our Bolognese is Chuck Roll and is ground fresh in house. Our tomatoes are from California. After hours of brewing, we add a touch of heavy cream.

Our sauce may be added to Tortellini, Spaghetti, Penne, Fettuccini, or over Ravioli.
